"The room and lobby were clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The hotel is right across the street from a motorcycle shop and right next to a main road. So, engines were revving, and it was frequently too loud to rest peacefully. However our experience was poor mostly due to service issues from the front desk person staff member. He was unwelcoming when we arrived, unhelpful when we raised a concern about the room, and generally unfriendly throughout the experience. I would not ever stay here again."

"While the room was clean our curtains were broken so it let in a ton of light. While it was not the hotels fault the room next to us started singing happy birthday at 5:30 in the morning but it was on the hotel that when we tried to call and make a noise complaint when it didn’t stop no one answered at the front desk after trying several times over a half hour period. The hot tub was broken when we were there and we never did get a chance to talk to the front desk. The beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was okay."

"Room was clean and spacious, but it had a bad smell. There weren't any toiletries and only two towels. Everything was adequate but we wished there was a comfortable place to sit, a hairdryer would have been nice as well as pen and paper."
