Close to many restaurants and easy access to downtown and freeways. Easy parking along street with additional parking lots on the same block. Activities at the hotel are awesome and staff was so pleasant. Also, the rooftop bar on site has great views and Cam, one of the bartenders, went above and beyond with customer service. Won’t stay anywhere else when coming to Salt Lake for work.

My only complaint is that i did the time share presentation in exchange for 2 gifts....and they only gave me one of those gifts.
Needless to say, look at the cost of those time share points on the secondary market ($1 for a million points) vs the $35,000 they wanted me to pay for 500,000 points.

This is a good hotel for the price. I would give it a 7 out of 10. Rooms are clean. Bed was a king which I wasn’t expecting and was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms have started to be updated. New floor, new toilet, new counter and sink. Bathtub/shower need to be next. Fire alarm went off at midnight ...

The area around the property (parking lot) was dirty, lots of trash. Also, there were two police cars out front when we arrived talking to people. I don’t know whatever happened, but we felt a little less safe. Also, a distinct smell of weed coming out of the window next to ours.
