« To be clear, we were happy with our stay, this charming studio apartment exceeded our expectations and we will return. The record player and books in lieu of TV is a nice touch. However, there is some room for improvement. The location is great but it comes with late night college revelers so earplugs are provided, but the noise did not bother us, a few simple patches here and there, add a few more good classic records and some relevant local literature, a guide book or two on the book...

« We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

« The rental was clean, with the exception of some of the door frames. The location is okay. It’s a reasonably pleasant walk to the Q line. Both bedrooms are upstairs, while the only bathroom is downstairs. It is an old building, so the stairs are steep, with narrow treads. If you have mobility issues, you might want to consider a different rental. Also worth mentioning is that the floors and stairs are very loud. The owner is responsive, and we didn’t have any problems occur during our stay. »

"Chambre propre, pas très lumineuse,une seule petite fenêtre.. petit déjeuner pas assez fourni et peu approvisionné, le frigo avec les yaourts et les laitages a été fermé à clé le deuxième matin et n'a plus jamais reçu de produits.. très décevant."
