Welcome to your eccentric and whimsical getaway just steps from The Diag, all that Liberty street and Nickels Arcade have to offer, and so much more! This space is 500 square feet of color, whimsy and fun! Your living room turns into your luxurious queen bedroom with a custom made Murphy bed. Your full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, although with practically any type of cuisine right outside your front door you may never want to cook! This small space packs a powerful punch! This space has all the eccentricity and color you could hope for... meant to inspire whimsy and spark delight! This space is perfect for 1 or 2 people, with queen sized Murphy bed that pulls down over the over sized couch! Enjoy your own full bathroom and Kitchen as well! Listen to some vinyl while you enjoy your morning coffee! You will enjoy plenty of storage space as well! With a plethora of restaurants just a few steps from your front door, this is the perfect crash pad for your downtown adventure! Important to note: We do not offer WiFi at this space, however, there are many businesses nearby that offer free WiFi. You will have the entire studio to yourself! It is just above Ding Tea! Please note there is no designated parking for this space! There is always street parking close by and a few parking garages as well! Please factor in any parking charges when booking! The space is also within walking distance of anything you could need (restaurants, walgreens, shopping, public transport, uber, etc...). We are very close by should you need anything! Just message or call! Your space couldn't be more perfectly located! You are just steps from all the restaurants and entertainment that Downtown AA has to offer. Walk to any Central Campus location from your front door. While this space does NOT offer free parking, you can find street parking and overnight lots close by! You are just a short Uber ride from the Big house and North Campus. Uber, lyft and public transport are there whenever you need! COVID-19 RESPONSE: We have always held a high standard for our cleanings. However, for the safety of our guests, we have insured that all of our cleaners have taken extra precautions in their cleanings. This includes (but is not limited to): 1\. Taking precautions for their own safety. 2\. Sanitizing every touchable surface (i.e. knobs, switches, remotes, etc.) with anti-bacterial cleaners. 3\. Leaving an appropriate amount of time between stays. But be aware you are in the heart of the energy of downtown Ann Arbor. There is street noise but if you’re used to an urban atmosphere, it’s like home. If not, the lovely hosts provide a white noise machine and ear buds. I arrived on a Saturday and miraculously found a spot right across the street. Parked for the weekend and walked everywhere. The decor was amazing.. warm and welcoming . Incredibly comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Cute little kitchenette for coffee or to warm your leftovers because there is no need to cook given the proximity to all of the cafes and restaurants. Perfect for a 2-4 day stay. No TV… didn’t need it as we enjoyed what the city had to offer. But once there, was comfortable enough to just relax in the cozy chairs, read my book or listen to records on the provided record player. My PhD student (the reason for my visit) said it would be the perfect studio apartment. This will be my first choice the next time I visit! ##### Laurie T. Communication with the property manager was great. We enjoyed the location and the eclectic style of the apartment. The parking garage close was reasonable as well. We live in the area and stayed in the city overnight. The location is fantastic for walking and grabbing dinner. The loft is uniquely decorated and sleeps very comfortably. The kitchenette was perfect for heating up leftovers or having an easy breakfast. The Murphy bed is very tall but so comfortable. The linens are so soft! The bathroom was really clean and had a lot of nice natural light during the day. This is the best decorated rental I’ve ever stayed in. So cozy and welcoming.
