Shower head broken, dirty room, no electrical outlet in bathroom. Tub drains slow. No front desk and the list goes on. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at on South Beach!

This hotel was extremely dirty, smelled of cigarettes bad and had multiple different bug throughout. If I could give it 0 stars I would! $300 a night for this place is absurd! I have so many videos of the filth in this place. The staff got 2 stars only be as they responded promptly but still did nothing to help my issues. I really deserve a full refund for the troubles and trauma. I will be posting pictures and videos of the dirt, stains, bugs in sinks, table, microwave and shower.

We loved the place! Clean, a perfect location in the middle of the night life but good enough to have your rest if there's still partying going on outside. We definitely will stay again.

I wrote you about all the things that was wrong.. the stove took 20 minutes to cook, the handicap shower bench was broken, no lock on the kitchen window, no clean towels and wash clothes, and the staff doesn't speak ANY ENGLISH, This property was a inconvenience but the location was great.

The location was good however the property let it down. The room was very dark….the dark decorating of the room does not help this issue. Unable to ventilate the bathroom due to the window being sealed shut with handles removed. No where for clothing apart from a hanging rail with only 6 hangers!. The corridors and stairs smelt strongly of bleach with rubbish stashed all over the place.

The bathroom smelled of mold. We only had one washcloth. The bed was hard and not comfortable. The staff was great. Overall, conveniently located but overpriced for the condition of the property.

This is the worst property I have ever stayed at. Mood on the windows, loud, dirty shower. Piss left in toilet and bottles around. Came back downstairs and management was gone and none would answer the phone. I booked elsewhere. I’ve never had an experience like this booking anywhere. Couldn’t even find a live person to speak to

This place is very central and walkable! Definitely some wear and AC struggled, but Brian was the BEST host & his hospitality overshadowed those minor inconveniences!

The apartment is very close to the beach and you can walk most places. The room doesn't have much ventilation, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it smells of damp and mold. The sheets also smell damp and are not of great quality. The AC worked well. The apartment has a steam iron, microwave, refrigerator and some dishes which were useful. The bathtub was not in excellent condition, there was no drain and broken faucet, but there is hot water. There is body wash, shampoo and conditioner, they also provide towels and beach towels.

This was the most horrible stay of my existence. Where do i start? The overwhelming odour of mould. Bring your own towels, they’re not provided. But after staying there, I wouldn’t touch my body with their towels anyways. The shower had one door. Whole place filled with mould. Rust everywhere. Faulty futon (broken leg) making it so no one could sleep on it. Found many cockroaches. Another unit had bed bugs. There is no one there to help you. They are very dismissive via text. Air conditioner filled with black mould. Overall dirty and disgusting. We had to fight hard for a refund. When it rained the room flooded and they wouldn’t send anyone to help. Leaving us sleeping on chairs and a bed. It smelled awful as he mould was getting wet. No AC at this point due to not wanting to be electrocuted because the water was running down the walls. Again no one came to help. We had to use our towels we bought from target to help absorb our flooding room. Please do not stay here, you will regret it.

Location was what we needed and the room had the space. When arrived I did find 2 windows were broken and did not shut to a close allowing bugs, weather, and stressed my wife with possible break in opportunities. Lastly, I know you get what you pay for but I had cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen nd living room on multiple occasions of my stay and was pretty horrified. I asked to be moved rooms but unfortunately all were full so my 2 night stay was pretty uncomfortable while being on property.

The elevator didn't work and we have bad knees and backs. It was very hard for us to get our luggage up and down, soda machine took our money and didn't give us a drink, there were no lights in the kitchen area, the bar/restaurant on site we closed and under construction, nowhere to hand or put anything in the bathroom, no toilet cover & seat was ready to fall off, ran out of toilet paper, was only given 1 wash cloth,1 hand towel, & no towel for the floor by the shower, walls & doors were dirty, no personnel on site (only maids that didn't speak English, had to go out & get our own toilet paper, toilet kept breaking & wouldn't flush so we had to keep fixing it, hot water would come and go. We were also told that our room had a balcony but there wasn't one or even a window that opened. The list goes on. Not happy and feel we should get some kind of reimbursement. I did contact them the day we got there letting them know all of this. This got back to me the following evening and only brought us more bath linens.

Check in was seamless; The property was nice and near main attractions. Bathrooms could use remodeling. There was no full length mirrors in the units which was disappointing. More visually appealing decor. Overall, very nice stay.

Well, everything was fine but unfortunately we got the first room right next to the entrance door and that door makes a very loud noise every time someone comes in or out, which happens all night, other than that we have no complaints, maybe next time I'll try to request a room that's farther from the door.

Honestly you get what you pay for … We had to buy towels cause they dont change towels The sheets smelt the entire time of dirt The only plus i will give it is that we did not find any cockroaches lol but we talked to one of our neighbors while leaving the building and she said she found a big cockroach in her room .. so glad that wasnt me. Anyway i think its chill if u wanna save money and stay for a couple of days but no more than a couple of days

this is NOT a hotel it’s a Hostel no staff anywhere …when we arrived the room was really dirty…. counters really sticky…dishes still dirty and sticky so we had to clean when we got there and the HUGE COCKAROACH in the cabinet and small roaches all over the hallway was scary they sprayed for them while we were there …a this was supposed to be a vacation not me cleaning it was noisy which was fine we expected that… they told me we could store bags til check in at thier other place they had down the street so we walked over and no one at the counter for 30 min so we left and sat at the beach with all our bags…i also paid for another hotel the second night cause of them spraying i didn’t want to breath that chemicals so more expense for us as well ….we also had to shake out and clean everything in our bags before going home so we didn’t bring any pests home so i def won’t stay here again

Stayed in one of the rooms at the front, I understand it’s on a busy street, but a couple new windows and a door would go a LONG way, can hear every bit of noise all hours of the day and night, got no sleep while here because of that. Place is in average condition, beds, tables and decorations are new and modern, but there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail on the structure its self. The elevator also didn’t work, so carry bags up three flights of stairs was not fun. If your someone who likes to part my until 3-4 am this might not be an issue, but if you want sleep, bring earplugs.

Some sort of Bugs, window wouldnt close all the way, the noisiest hotel ive ever been in because theres a fun lgbtq bar nextdoor that does shows all morning and all night. Very loud at all hours. The sink and tub do not drain for 24 hours. If you shower the rest of your party has to stand in your dirty water. It It was not the cleanest but it was clean enough to be cery comfortable besides the little bugs. It felt safe. It was cute.

This was the absolute worst experience I had in my family. This place is dirty, very dirty. Conditions of the room are extremely poor. Bathroom is disgusting. The sheets have been changed for 10 years. It was so bad I don`t have words to describe it. Stay away from this place!!! Is a lot worst that you can possibly imagine. If I could offer them a negative number, it would be -5. Horrible. Please do not book this place and keep these guys in business. Disgusting.
