This private apartment at the Hyde Beach house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed all the amenities and the check in staff is so friendly! This was our third time staying at the Hyde and it did not disappointment. It was great for our family, like a mini vacation before our cruise.

The elevators were indeed a nightmare. The sofa in the property was so gross& stained everywhere. The floor was filthy. And the crowd overall throughout the complex was not a great crowd.

We are very disappointed because the last 2 days of our stay a scaffolding was hunging for our full, out side balcony, to do maintenance of which we were not informed in any way, a jackhammer was drilled into the foundation, which greatly disturbed our peace and quiet due to the enormous noise and our privacy. We have a video recording of that and we believe we should receive compensation for this. We were literally chased out of our apartment.
