"We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife."

"If you're looking for a place to lay your head this might be for you. If you're looking for luxury you're going to have to pay for it. I wish I would've read more about the property when I booked our room because I could've brought my dogs. We made some friends while out smoking. All the other guests were super nice. Don't mind the homeless people in woods. They're super nice too lol. There's a gas station right next door for snack and drinks. At the end of the day I'd stay here again."

"We loved our stay at Embassy Suites Rosemont! We stayed in the business suite and it was plenty spacious with great amenities like a fridge and microwave. Great location near the highway, restaurants, shopping and more!! It’s about a 25 minute drive to downtown Chicago. Convenient for families traveling! A hot breakfast is included in your stay. The hotel has a restaurant Slyce on site as well as a mini market for quick on the go items. We would definitely stay here next time we are in the city."
