"Dod not have housekeeping for 2 days of our 3 day stay. Had to call each day"

"I stayed for 6 nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The washroom could definitely use upgrades, and housekeeping was a major issue throughout my stay. Our room was not being cleaned regularly. When we spoke to housekeeping staff, they mentioned they were too busy and couldn’t return later. They typically came around 9:00–9:30 AM, which wasn’t always convenient. Some days, it was even difficult just to get fresh towels. We raised the issue with the front desk multiple times. Although they assured us someone would come to clean the room, by the 4th night it still hadn’t been done. At that point, they offered to move us to another room. However, it was very late in the evening, making it inconvenient to relocate all of our belongings. We ended up moving to the new room just to sleep, leaving our belongings in the original room and asking them to clean it the next day. The room was finally cleaned on the 5th day. Out of a 6-night stay, we only had our room cleaned once, which is unacceptable. They offered 1 day of free breakfast. Overall, this experience was frustrating and fell far below expectations. "

"Booking was easy. Check in, no problem. Requested to be away from elevators and lobby due to traffic and events late at night. Reservation at the main indoor restaurant was poorly ran. Hostess never called my party so we were forced to take our dinner to go and eat it in our room. Thankfully the food was surprisingly good, at all locations in the hotel. Pool was great - water temp was warm (aka perfect). Loved mobile ordering food and drinks! It saved on so much time. Overall, a good experience."
