« Dreadful hotel. Might have been renovated in 1985. Ugly colors, depressing. Only one person at the front desk was pleasant (tall, thin guy). Stains in tub, elevator interior was chipped and in disrepair, bathroom had 2 Kleenex left in the box when I arrived. (But were replaced when I asked.) Bathroom lighting is horrible. This was the only hotel available in the area I needed. Never again. »

« We’ve stayed at this Hyatt Place before and were disappointed this year. The property is getting run down. Sinks not draining properly, water stains on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom, tiles on bathroom floor coming up…overall just showing its wear. Same with pillows and bedding. Just not as comfortable as in the past. Hyatt Place usually has a welcoming smell when you walk in. This property no longer does. The breakfast in the morning was just meh, compared to past years.
