Family friendly amenities and in a great location in proximity to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and 2 bedroom suite and balcony with hot tub was perfect for our family of 4.

The room service meals were so good!! No need to even go out to a restaurant when you can be in the privacy, comfort of your own room with a balcony and the best views ever, I had the blue domes views, could see the ocean, all the beautiful white buildings, no need to deal with packed, busy restaurants crowded with people. Both are cool options! But I loved just eating in and being comfy with peaceful quietness. The hotel staff were so accommodating!! Even helped me find a photoshoot with the super long satin dress & the blue domes as my background. The immediate hotel transportation that I accidentally last minute requested, they were right on it! Helped carry our huge suitcases up tons of stairs. Constantly kept our room stocked & clean! Love this hotel soo much, I’d recommend to everyone seriously! The room & everything they supplied in the room was great. Thank you so much for making my Santorini trip the best ever.

The property is perfectly positioned in Firostefani, near the 3 Bells Church. We had a sea view room, that looked away from the caldera. At first we were disappointed, but soon realized that we were the lucky ones! I rarely saw the people in the caldera view rooms using their balconies, as they were in the direct heat of the sun, in the afternoon, and had minimal privacy. In the afternoon our balcony was shaded from the sun, and private. We spent many, many hours out there eating olives, meat, cheese and bread, and drinking wine. The perfect place to recount the day’s events, or plan for the next day. It was also a wonderful spot to have our breakfasts! The staff at the hotel are SO nice. The breakfast/cleaning lady is the sweetest, and Dimitris was super kind and helpful. The room was always spotless, from the time we came, to the time we left. It even had a little kitchenette we found useful for preparing snacks. The patio was huge, with a sturdy umbrella to weather the Meltemi winds! One thing to keep in mind, the view is impeded by a jumble of wires. To be honest, it never bothered us. If it will bother you, get a caldera view room. I thought the tradeoff was well worth it. If you absolutely need to take in a caldera view, step outside your door. The walkway above the church is the pedestrian place to take in a sunset, or just enjoy the view. We’re celebrating our 35th anniversary, and they were SO nice, and gave us a bottle of wine, to celebrate.
