I had a really disappointing experience staying here. The building is very old, but that wasn’t even my main concern. What really bothered me was the lack of basic safety and professionalism. Around 4:00 p.m. on the day we checked in, my husband and I were relaxing in our room when a staff member suddenly opened our door without knocking or announcing himself. It was the same employee who had checked us in and given us our room key, so he knew the room was occupied. After seeing us, he simply said, “Oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t know you were here.” That made no sense and left us feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe for the rest of our stay. On top of that, there was no working Wi-Fi because we were given the wrong password, and there was no one at the front desk to help us or answer any questions. Thankfully, we were only staying one night. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I did not feel safe staying here. I would not recommend this place.

It was conveniently located. Neat, clean and comfy.

Had an accident going the stairs due to uneven height between steps Staff was very helpful and eager to please Noted they would take a look

clean, updated nice decore in the room and common areas. Free Parking and a good location 10 minutes from town all were very positive. the down side : NO Staff! no one to check you in or out, no one to help with anything or make any recommendations. fully self service made it feel very low end unfortunately

Property was Beautiful. Only downside was there is no Elevator in the area we stayed which was a pain being on 3rd floor with a baby/carrage etc. My fault for not checking ahead of time but other than that the place was great. Close walking distance to downtown Edgartown. Staff was very friendly and accomodating.
