Onsite parking for a fee but secure. Staff were lovely. The room however was dirty. Hair in the shower drain and needed a good clean. Not impressed. In the kitchen if you have the kettle on and plug in laptop (which is what we did) it trips the fuse and you have no power. Not good. Luckily we were only there for one night. The coffee machine in reception is good however again, not cleaned properly.

Large, clean, spacious rooms. Was great to have cooking facilities in the room, local shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Easy walk into SwinBurne University for the course. Catch the train from Skybus to Glenferrie Road Hawthorn (easier than tram). As I stayed longer for a week, had a lovely welcome present of snacks and room serviced. Would definitely recommmed.

This property was centrally located to Hawthorn and close to the conference I was attending as well as food shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. It had a small kitchen which allowed us to prepare simple meals. The parking was underneath and reasonably priced.
