« Me and my family(wife, 11-year-old, 10-year-old, 17-month-old) loved our time. The location is 10 out of 10, where the beach is right in your backyard. The condo was exactly what we expected, the pool was clean and peaceful, and the beach was clean with fun waves. « The condo was fantastic! Super clean, decorated nicely, and the most well appointed kitchen I have ever rented. Everything was thoughtfully done. The weather was crummy, and there was some unexpected construction going on which made it impossible to use the heated pool, but we cooked, we laughed, we enjoyed the gorgeous view, and our time spent together was joyous. There was even an adorable Snowman Christmas tree set up, which again was a wonderful touch. We will definitely be back to stay at...

« Excellent property, clean, first floor condo with "balcony" overlooking pond. Complimentary wine and snacks provided. Stayed over two weekends. First weekend had issue with shower not shutting off. No plumber available on a weekend so they tried to place us in another of their properties. They made every effort but we decided to make other arrangements for the last day of our stay. We returned the next weekend. The shower was fixed and we had an excellent experience including viewing the launch...

« The unit was in a great location to just park the car and walk to restaurants, bars, recreation and churches. The unit was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. There's an on-site parking lot just for these units, so no problem parking. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend. »

« Our stay at this property was perfect. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The unit was very clean, very comfortably furnished. Great mattress, pillows, bedding. Updated bathroom with good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen was well equipped with new dishes, tableware and pots and pans. Full size washer/ dryer. Great view of turtles in pond behind unit. Close to beach access, shopping and restaurants. A great vacation spot! »

Very comfortable like your at home. And just steps away from downtown Melbourne and 2.5 miles to the beach. For light sleepers, there is a speed train that runs through downtown several times a day. This did not effect my comfortable deep sleep. »

« Fantastic property! Spacious two bedroom, two bath home in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful backyard with patio furniture and grill. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, pots, plates, etc. Bathrooms stocked with toilet paper and towels. Large utility room with washer/dryer. Close to grocery store. About 30 minutes to beach. Would definitely stay at this property again! The host was very accommodating and easy to reach. »
