Revel in the comfort and the numerous amenities our apartment has to offer! ❖️ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am. ❖️ Upon check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not replenish supplies during your stay, so please plan accordingly. ❖️ Please maintain cleanliness by utilizing the trash cans provided. ❖️ To prevent insects and mold, keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500\. For optimal comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F. ❖️ This apartment is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning after your checkout. ✘ Unregistered guests are not allowed. ✘ Pets are not permitted. The unit was clean and had a fantastic location. We were looking for a low-key long weekend and this fit our needs perfectly. We really were just a short walk from the beach. The section of beach was beautiful and not crowded. We appreciated the beach towels and the washer/dryer unit with our beach days!
