We didn’t cook to take advantage of the local restaurants but the kitchen appeared to have everything needed and then some! The beach was amazing. Down just a few steps. "This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!"

"What a wonderful setting. This place has a lot of charm. It has all the attributes of a modern cottage yet is only 10-20 minutes away from major beaches and waterway. Excellent restaurants and stores are within minutes. An extensive waking area is also adjacent to the property. "Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments."
