We take pride in the cleaning and sanitation process between guests. If possible early check ins, and late check outs would need to be organized 24 hours in advanced and are subject to an additional fee of $25 per hour. If the cleaning team arrives and the guest has not departed delaying cleaning, a $50 service charge will be applied to your closing costs.

\- Absolutely no parties or gatherings  
\- Only 16 people allowed at the property, all guests must be on reservation  
\- No taping anything to walls or ceilings  
\- No glitter or confetti  
\- No moving furniture  
\- Only 6 cars allowed in driveway (all cars must be in the driveway, not on the street or sidewalk)  
\- No smoking inside (fine of $500 for smoking inside the house)  
\- No noise or loud music between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM  
\- Fines may apply if anyone breaks these rules.  
  
Pet Rules:  
\- We require a non-refundable pet fee of $150 (per each pet)  
\- Maximum 2 dogs  
\- Dog is kept on a leash at all times when in yard  
\- Must pick up after your pet  
\- Must be crated when left unattended  
  
Booking Requirements:  
To confirm your reservation, guests are required to:  
 • Sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking  
 • Upload a valid driver’s license  
 • Place a card on file for verification  
  
A refundable security hold of $500 is also required. This hold is processed securely off-platform through our API-connected software, OwnerRez, which is trusted by the hospitality industry for safe and secure transactions. The hold is placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided no damages are reported.  
  
There are exterior surveillance camera and noise detectors in place too, so please respect our rules.   
  
We are excited to host you and wanted to update you to be aware that we are continually making updates to the home so you may experience some slight variations in decor as we transition the space.

This is the perfect and unique place to stay for a larger group of people. Plenty of space inside and outside to hang out. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and more. Proximity to the beach was amazing, one short walk and we were at the ocean. 10/10 recommend

#### Great place to stay!

The duplex was a great place for our family of 13 to stay. It's very clean and it's located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The fenced backyard was a perfect place for the adults to lounge and the kids to play safely. There are great restaurants, coffee and ice cream within walking distance. Leah was a wonderful host and she answered any email and or phone calls promptly. We would stay here again!

Had an amazing time, Leah provides a plethora of coffee tea snacks along with a fully stocked kitchen, laundry detergent, towels, beach gear, all the local restaurants to try & places to visit and clear instructions for checking out and checking in. We had a fantastic time. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
