"No WiFi in the rooms. This is very inconvenient. WiFi is blocked, so even if you have your own plan with data, you cannot use it in the rooms. Pools are nice and pool view great. Breakfast is mainly cake - no healthy choices. Selection of food from the pool bar is limited. Plenty of drinks and good coffee. It is value for money - not so expensive, and the standard is accordingly, do not expect too much. "

"Nice hotel, perfect location. It was spoilt by on arrival being told we had no room, they were full, and then that our booking had been cancelled. This obviously upset the family and panicked them. After nearly 1hr trying to sort this, another member of staff arrived and showed us to our room??!!! Otherwise hotel was great, rooms were clean and reasonable size. Only criticism of the apartment is the absence of a chopping board : ) Also, although we understand the pool rules we felt they were a bit strict (no balls, no inflatables, no toys) especially given lots of children visit. We have been to other hotels on the island where these things are permitted. However, the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.
