"I was given a room that already had a guest in it!!! You can only imagine the surprise of me and that person!!! My room key opened his door and I just walked on in. This is totally unacceptable from any hotel!!! The privacy of one’s room should never be a concern. A complete stranger walks in while you are asleep is potentially dangerous for all parties involved!!! While I waited to switch my room for over 20 mins because the guy at the desk was trying to solve anther family’s issues with their reservation. "
