"The hotel was clean but pretty well beat up. Although it had an area for breakfast it did not offer anything. There was no hot water and you could hear other guests in the hallway and in other rooms."

"Room was clean , air continuing issue that wasn’t taken care of, staff was great, didn’t go to breakfast cause it was another cost that was pricey , parking was tuff cuz was valet n time to get car was longer than anticipated! "

Questions about room type and fees were answered vaguely, which should have been my first warning sign. . The front desk staff offered no greeting, explanation of hotel amenities, or acknowledgment of the earlier issues I raised during booking. When I mentioned discrepancies between what I booked and what I was given, the response was dismissive, with no effort to investigate or resolve the issue. Based on the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the booking process through check in, I would not recommend this hotel unless there is a significant improvement in how customers are treated."

"This accommodation smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The AC thermostat was broken, could not be turned from the off position to on. The glasses in the cabinets were dirty. There were no hooks or handles in the bathroom to hang towels. The carpet going up the 2 flights of stairs was old, dirty, and stained. There is no onsite parking, it’s metered street parking. I booked 3 nights. I left after the 2nd night and paid for a different accommodation the last night because it was so terrible. The only redeeming factor is proximity to The Cork and Fork restaurant and the capital. "
