« First and foremost, my family had a great vacation at this house! We loved seeing the many deer! The hot tub and pool were nice. We really enjoyed boulder lake, one of the community amenities.I had some very slight communication issues with the host, partially because I had spotty reception (T-Mobile) and partially because I wasn't given check in information to review in advance. As such, the amenities were a bit confusing - I didn't realize I had to purchase passes separately from the clubhouse...

« We absolutely enjoyed staying at The Mercantile. It was so clean and comfortable! Honestly, it felt like a lovely European apartment. So much charm:) Our hosts went above and beyond. They literally had almost every single thing you could think of needing already there! We had a very relaxing experience…thank you! »

« Probably the cleanest property we've ever stayed at. Very well maintained and cozy; you can feel the care put into the property as soon as you walk in the door. Comfy room, great breakfast, and scenic location. We'll book again when back in the area. »
