"Great place to stay. Plenty of room for large groups with three different common areas and three different outdoor areas if you’re looking for some privacy from the rest of your group. The whole property is private with a nice pool area and a well maintained yard. We spent most of our afternoons in the pool to escape the heat. The house was clean and the kitchen had plenty of cookware. There is a two stall covered dock if you’re wanting access to the water. The property is located close to a boat ramp and you’re able to get anywhere on the lake fairly quickly. It’s also about 10 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and the national park so great location all around. The property owner was responsive and available to resolve any issues. We would definitely stay here again. "
