"The staff was great! They need more help in the breakfast area though. All 3 days we stayed there the hotel was packed. Only one person to take care of the breakfast was overwhelming but she did her best. The wait for food to be restocked or prepared could have been eased by adding another person during peak stays. The property was clean and it was good!"

"Very run down, dirty used towel in bathroom, thin walls and heard everyone walking by. Heard knocking which may have been construction being done in hotel that woke us up at 7am "

"I stayed with my youngest daughter who has asthma. My family and I checked in around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed a strong smoke odor. Unfortunately, no alternate rooms were available, and my youngest daughter has asthma, so this presented a serious health concern. Because of this, I asked the front desk if we could check out early and receive a refund for the unused nights, and I was advised to return the next morning to speak with management. On Sunday at approximately 7:30 a.m., I spoke with Mandy at the front desk. I explained that my daughter had coughed through the night and was unable to sleep due to the intense smoke smell in the room. I request my cancellation to the front desk with the understanding that we would not be staying the remaining two nights because of my daughter’s condition and the room environment. I was notified that the refund for the unused nights has not been approved by the management/ owner . It was disappointing that the hotel did not approve any partial refund not try to settle the claim in any possible way. They simply rejected and ignored my future communication. Stay out from this hotel , there are better options in Hot Springs "
