"Stayed at The Charles Hotel for 3 nights and couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of service all round. The hotel spaces are lovely and rooms well appointed. Perfect location for Harvard Square and food was super. Thank you to all the staff. "

"We came for a game at Fenway. This location was great as it was very walkable to the game. We stayed in room 22 which was nice for our situation which was us traveling with our older son and that room had a queen bed and a twin bed. Also, breakfast was very good and nice that it was available first thing in the morning with several great options. We were also contacted directly to arrange parking. Although that was tricky because of tight alley ways, it worked fine. Good overall and would definitely stay again! "
