"Excelente actitud de servicio del personal del front desk, tanto al registrarnos como al salir.
No tuvimos agua caliente en la habitación, lo cual fue resuelto con prontitud por ama de llaves y mantenimiento :)"

5/5 Excellent
"Excellent location for a first timer in Barcelona. It is walking distance to the beach, and all the must see tourist attractions. This place is right on La Rambla so there is always a party going on outside of the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper I suggest requesting a room that is not facing the street, or pack some ear plugs. The noise didn’t bother us. We had a balcony view to the street and enjoyed all the people watching with a bottle of wine to end our nights. All the staff was friendly. Clean room and large shower. I highly recommend adding the breakfast option to your stay. We ate there every morning and it was excellent. Your basic eggs, toast, cereal, yogurts, fruits, and local cheeses as well as coffee and juice. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone one he is looking to be right in the middle of all the night life."

"We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Grand Hyatt Barcelona. The staff were exceptionally warm, helpful and hospitable. To have my sir name remembered by the bell captain, the concierge, and the front desk, was amazing. And the beds were supper comfortable with a lovely duvet and oversized pillows. Also, the shower was fantastic!
Thank you"
