Spacious home w/Hot Tub near Lake Superior walk to restaurants, breweries, beach
Watermarq 351 is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. This 3bedroom/2bath 1895 cottage vacation rental is conveniently located in a beautiful eastside neighborhood with old growth trees. Easily walk to restaurants, parks, beaches, breweries, downtown, convenience stores, and much more. The perfect spot to use to Make Marquette Home. The main floor contains a sunroom with daybed, living room with queen sleeper sofa, large dining/sitting room, gourmet kitchen, half bath, front porch for people watching, and a back deck/patio for relaxing in privacy, including a hot tub beginning Jan 31, 2026. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and can be completely closed off from the rest of the downstairs with a pair of French doors and an additional single French door. Coming Spring 2026, downstairs will be a full bathroom.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, each with a king bed large double dresser and ample storage, and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower, washer, dryer, linen cabinet, vanity and water closet.
Upstairs bedroom on the south side of the house has a desk, sitting area, king bed and a twin available (we keep it in the closet) there is also room in the closet to set-up a pak-n-play.
Upstairs bedroom on the north side of the house has a king bed as well.
Our other rental has been a huge success with travellers and we are very accommodating, if you feel like the place is missing something, simply let us know and it's done. All sleeping areas equipped with sound machines and comfy high quality linens for your sleeping enjoyment.

Wonderful home and location! We visit Marquette every year and this has been one of our favorite places to stay! Lots of room to spread out, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces, and quick access to the trail, beach and downtown. Will definitely rent it again!

Great gem in Marquette
What a great spot for our trip to Marquette! Location was 10/10! Check in process was 10/10! (We were even able to check in a little early). We were in town for the Ore to Shore bike race…and the location was perfect! Beds were super comfortable and the fenced in backyard was sooo convenient for our dog. The front porch was a great spot to drink coffee in the AM or a cold drink in the PM. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a quick stay in Marquette and this property was perfect. The house was very clean and had all amenities we needed. Location is great as it is an easy walk to the beach and an easy walk to downtown or 3rd street.

A group of 6 stayed at this house for a long weekend. It fit us all comfortably. The bonus are the king size beds in the bedroom (one room has a trundle bed which was comfortable). The backyard is fenced in so our dog could roam around freely.
The location is perfect to walk downtown, eat at local restaurants and bars, and venture to the lake. The neighborhood is quiet but active. Lots of walkers and runners throughout the day which made us feel safe.
Check in and check out was very easy. Our host, Brooke is wonderful. She responded quickly when we reached out with questions, comments, or concerns. Hands down would stay again 5/5.

Great Spot!
Nice, clean spot with plenty of room and a nice porch and backyard. The location is great too! There's a beach that's about a 10 minute walk from the house. Downtown is also in walking distance. Brooke was quick to respond to my questions. This is a great place to stay!

This was a lovely convenient spot for a family getaway! The location was great for walking to town and the beach. Cute old house is thoughtfully updated and well-stacked.

The property and house were in a great location for town and beach. Although an older home it has been kept up nicely. Lot of things to do in this area so relax and enjoy

Super cute home
Very clean, up to date furniture, lots of room to sit & converse, very comfortable bedding. I can hardly think of a negative but if I had to say one it would be that the only bath/shower is quite high off the ground. I had my older parents with us that have both had hip & knee replacements and it was a little hard for them to enter & exit shower.
