"This was our 3rd stay at this perfect home. The location is ideal.The property has the most beautiful landscaping that gives it a very secluded feel. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the screened porch at night. We kayaked, took bike rides and just appreciated our surroundings. Phil and Linda are wonderful and caring hosts. They are always available if needed. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. We look forward to returning next year!"

Jerry does a great job communicating with you from the very first message and throughout your stay. He handles any issues immediately. The layout of the home gives everyone privacy and space. The view is fabulous. The pool is incredible. The pool house is fun to hang out in and has a beauful view. The kitchen is well stocked and the ice maker was a fabulous bonus! Fishing poles were fun...

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. There were 13 of us who stayed here. The house worked perfect for us. Our favorite room was the screened in porch in the evenings. The kitchen has a lot of counter space for all our daily cooking Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us all. Location was great for grocery store, things to do and taking the pontoon boat out. Already booked for next year!"

"My husband and I brought our 28 ft boat to do some fishing/boating/vacationing for two weeks. We found the house and property to be very clean, charmingly decorated and well provisioned with everything we needed to settle right in. We needed to contact Cecilia with a few minor concerns and questions, and she was prompt with replies and dealt immediately and courteously with everything. "Everything about the condo and complex are lovely. My visit was the week after spring break ended and there were times when it felt as though we were the only ones in the building. I will say if you are going there to swim in the ocean, that is the only drawback to the property. The water was beautiful to look at but not to swim. However, after going to public beaches on Marathon and Key West, it seems that might just be par for the course."

"Had a great two weeks. Property manager communication was on point. Unit was pet friendly, clean and well supplied to include drinks, snacks and condiments. Boat dockage was an easy in/out, had a bait freezer and plenty of parking for vehicles and trailer. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying next year with the new pool."

"Some people said they didn't like the outdoor bathroom but I thought it was very bohemian and tropical, the room was very clean but the TV didn't work. Otherwise a great little spot to spend the night."
