Seaside Villa at Coco Plum Beach Welcome to Seaside Villa, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of the Florida Keys on the serene Coco Plum Island. As you arrive, you'll immediately be enveloped in a tropical ambiance with stunning azure water views. A short drive down Coco Plum Lane leads you to our villa, perfectly capturing the relaxing Keys vibe you seek. Imagine yourself savoring a frozen margarita on your private screened balcony, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, while gentle sea breezes and the tunes of Jimmy Buffet set the scene for an unforgettable experience of leisure and luxury in this slice of Paradise. Seaside Villa is on the 3rd floor in the middle. NOTE: Seaside Villa does not have boat or boat trailer storage on site. If you're bringing your own boat down please arrange for storage. Boat rentals, snorkeling trips, or kayak rentals are available locally and there are many options to choose from. The master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom, fitted with two Twin-sized beds, enjoys abundant Florida Keys sunshine through its large window. The full guest bathroom is conveniently located next to the guest bedroom. Outdoor Oasis: Spend your day unwinding on the beach without a care in the world. Coco Plum Beach Villas is situated right on the Atlantic Ocean's shores, so beach access is as simple as stepping outside. Just behind the complex, you'll find a shady tiki hut and a waterfront barbecue grill.
