Maple Springs Vacation Packages

I loved the location and the price, but the check-in process was a little bonkers. We flew in from Washington and didn’t land until 4 p.m. Here’s the crazy part: check-in closes at 5 p.m.! Thankfully, we called as soon as we landed and were given an emergency number to use in case no one was there. We did get help, but it added some unnecessary stress at the start of our vacation. I’m sure the check-in hours were included in the agreement, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re flying in. The pool was great and worth it for the kids, and the game room gave them something to do and helped fill some downtime. I get that these kinds of arrangements help keep the price down, and I really did love the location and value. However, the limited check-in hours were a little extreme and made our arrival more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but make sure you plan ahead for check-in!

Great size rooms, beautiful decor, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly and welcoming!!!

We enjoyed a spacious room that was quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. Easy walking distance to downtown Knoxville and a surprising number of interesting places to visit. We enjoyed a show at the Bijou Theater and a nightcap at the Peter Kern Library, which is a speakeasy at the Oliver hotel. Everything about our experience in Knoxville was wonderful.

Excellent location, newly renovated hotel, and courteous staff. However, I was disappointed to see that parking was valet (/$nightly fee) only, I booked this hotel because I thought it had self parking. Otherwise, 5/5 stars.
