« We loved our stay at this cozy beach cabin. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach, shops, and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking (we took out dog). The host was very responsive and the place was easy to get into and very clean upon arrival. We hope to visit again one day! »

« We absolutely loved our stay! The home is so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need- especially Tupperware! The outdoor shower is nicer than most indoor showers. The walk to the beach is so easy and short. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come again. »

« Not getting 5 stars because the linens weren’t clean when we got there. The linen company failed to replace the box of towels and bed sheets, so we were up until 3am on the first night cleaning the bedding. The host was very responsive and brought us new bedding the next day. This wasn’t entirely the hosts fault, but it certainly was the lowest category of the stay. »

« Very comfy, clean and well equipped. There was some confusion about a hot tub being on premises, as listed, but there is not a hot tub on premises. Owner quickly responded to our concerns about lack of hot tub, and even sent us a gift for the misunderstanding. This was very considerate! Downstairs tenant was very nice and offered to help us move in! Perfect location! My family was very comfortable here! »

« Lovely vintage cottage with little touches that make you enjoy the stay. Like a dark washcloth that says Makeup!, paper cups in bathroom and coffee pods, sugar and creamers. Everything you need. One suggestion, driveway is on a curve and easy to miss! May want to slow way down at you pass 830 mailbox as 838 is coming soon! »

« My wife and I enjoyed a quiet stay at the pink cottage to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. We live at Smith Mountain Lake , however my wife was born and raised in Virginia Beach and loves the ocean. She was particularly happy to hear the waves breaking and feel the cool ocean breeze. »

The property was very nice and perfectly within walking distance of the beach, we didn’t even need to cross the street! There were also a lot of restaurants and activities all within ten miles.
