"I love this hotel. The staffs are very nice!"

"Checking in was simple. Front desk worker was kind and efficient. First room we were given had a broken air conditioner. We were quickly given another room when we informed the front desk. We were impressed with clean rooms and facility as a whole. Biggest concern was the side entrance to the hotel that was completely broken and therefore unlocked for public."

"Upon check-in, after a six hour flight and one and half our drive from Fayetteville, Arkansas, I was greeted with a smile. I apologize that I can't remember his name...he greeted us with a infectious smile. I so love smiles and good customer service.
