Walkable to the beach (basically on the beach 1 minute walk down the drive to the water) gorgeous bathrooms, incredible group seating with an outside fire pit and a great covered deck. « We had 6 glorious weeks in The Kereru’s Nest. Fay and James were wonderful hosts. A real home from home (with a pool, wonderful views, friendly locals, superb beach etc etc). I really miss the Old Packhouse Saturday market in Kerikeri and the splendid workout that the driveway gave us (we made it a daily ritual to walk down and back up again to get in our “steps”). Plenty of walks/tramps in the vicinity too for when we wanted to be more active. Thoroughly recommend. »

« My husband and I stayed at this home for 3 nights in February 2023. Everything about the stay was perfect. The home is positioned on a corner next to a quiet boat launch which made for easy access to the beach (which was beautiful - we swam every day!). The features of the home created an outdoor living space with their big windows and retractable sunshades.
