Very friendly staff. Dinner was conveniently offered in the hotel restaurant. Beautiful view if the weather cooperates. If there is fog or rain you can’t really see the view from behind the hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating. We will be back!

We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!

There is absolutely NO airflow in the rooms. They are designed to keep you warm, not cool. The still air was about 77F and unfortunately I am one of those travelers who needs either cool OR moving air (ie a fan blowing) otherwise I get very nauseous at night. Horrible staff and dirty rooms, used contact lenses and hair everywhere, a toilet smell all night from other units spreading the room. The staff was accusing us of unpaid invoice, even though she was there herself during checking in collecting all payments. Do not stay at this hotel!
