The property is clean, but very very small for a family of four. Once you open the living room sofabed, there’s literally no space to access the bathroom.

L'accueil par la personne a été plus que surprenant.Nous avons dû l'attendre sous une pluie battante alors que nous l'avions informé par message de notre arrivée à 15h comme prévu. Nous l 'avons appelé à 15h29 car toujours pas là. A son arrivée ,s'est à peine excusé pour son retard. Très détaché ,il nous a laissé à la hâte les clés sur la table sans vraiment faire le tour de l'appartement(salle de bains non visitée).A son départ précipité, nous avons constaté que nous avions seulement :- 1 petite serviette 50x90 - 1 serviette de bain 60x140pour 4 jours de location...- 1 seul verre à pied,Nous avons envoyé 2 messages pour réclamer 1 serviette supplémentaire et 1 verre à pied. Le responsable de la conciergerie nous a répondu OK et qu'il passerait dans l après midi......n'est jamais venu.L'appartement étant peu lumineux, le canapé sale et abîmé, la prise de la salle de bains cassée et HS, nous avons préféré prendre nos repas à l'extérieur et ne rentrer que pour dormir.Très déçus de cette location et des services qui n'ont pas suivis.
