Clarac lies within the business hub of Madrid, but don’t write it off because this area is filled with nightlife, local art, and plenty of restaurants. With its stylish design, spacious layout, and modern amenities, Clarac offers a comfortable and memorable stay to come home to after a day of exploring or a night on the town.

Boasting 95 square meters, Clarac provides ample space for you to relax and unwind. The apartment features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, both furnished with comfortable queen-size beds. The hanging light fixtures against the wooden backdrop brings cozy mountain elements indoors. One of the bedrooms also includes an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience during your stay. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, guests will also have access to a detached half bathroom, ensuring that all your needs are met.

The open plan living room and fully furnished kitchen area creates a welcoming and sociable space. Whether you're lounging on the comfortable sitting area, catching up on work at the dedicated workstation, or enjoying a delicious meal at the dining table, you'll feel right at home. Light streams into the entire spice from the spacious and bright outdoor terrace. The terrace features an inviting outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco, as well as a cozy sitting area where you can unwind and soak up the pleasant Madrid weather.

This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.
