Step inside and be greeted by a newly renovated kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. The inviting living room features an electric fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and conversation.

#### Great location with all the amenities

My three colleagues and I rented Ricky's home while we attended a four day conference nearby. Since we were there for work, we didn't have a lot of down time but there is a fabulous game room with arcade games and a pool table plus a hot tub out back. The property is in a great location, just a short drive away from Madison town center and Hammonsett Beach. There is a ton of space and the property itself is beautiful and quintessential New England!
