"The hotel was very nice and the staff very attentive. The location was great for what we needed. My concern, and reason for not giving a 5 star rating is that the walls are very thin. I could hear the tv and conversations in the adjoining rooms. I'm sure if it had to do with the location of our room in the corner, at the end of the hall, but it's uncomfortable to hear everything going on in the next room."

"Warm & cozy lobby, friendly front desk staff. Location is IDEAL and 1 minute walk to the restaurants & stores. Even in a side room (not waterfront) you can see the water. The balcony is nice and we had coffee outside & enjoyed the view. "

"My wife had a procedure at Yale New Haven and I only one night. It was very convenient and pleasant. I only used the room. Not the bar or restaurant."

"The bath tub are very nasty , had to clean the whole bathroom . Smells like cigarettes- non smoking room…. Very loud noise during day . Towels from bathroom to small . Never again "

Shoutout to Scott at reception for ensuring a perfect stay! Dinner at Fresh Salt was delicious & the atmosphere was lively. Shuttle into town was a great option. Can’t wait to book another visit!"
