"It has what we needed. A clean room, comfortable bed, and a decent bathroom. It was a small room and bathroom but sufficient as we were not there much. The nsjor problem was another guest who was quite noisy late at night."

"I cannot say enough great things about the Shoreline Oasis cottage! The cottage was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. Not to mention, the hosts were incredibly kind and generous. We were able to walk to multiple local spots in the beautiful neighborhood the cottage was located in and it was an easy drive to everywhere else on our list. If you are looking for a quintessential coastal New England getaway, this cottage is for you."

"Roomy house with a nice view. Excellent communication with the hosts--they answered our questions within minutes! Modern appliances in the kitchen. Nice pool. Convenient to restaurants in town, and a short ride to the state park beach."
Cozy cottage near downtown Clinton, Marina & Hammonasset Park

"This was a great little cottage to stay in for an annual beach side girl's trip! The host was super easy to communicate with and made anything that might be tricky very simple. For example, the house is down a driveway and can't be seen from the main road. Before we arrived, the host let us know and explained the best way to find the cottage. The inside of the cottage was super clean and the host left snacks and a note for our group, as well as a print out of guidelines for our stay that was super helpful for checkout. Just a note on layout, the two twin beds were in the loft up a steep staircase/ladder. This was fine for me and the way up was sturdy! Overall the cottage was quaint and quiet but close enough to walk to the marina where we went to dinner both nights. Highly recommend the NE clam chowder from Lobster Landing! It's a short drive to Hammonasset Beach and surrounding towns for more shopping options/food. Our group was very happy to find this spot on such short notice."

"Perfect for families or guests with children or couples. Having the second house with double bed and walk-in shower is a real plus. Good for a mother-in-law, second couple or just as an escape or private space for work or quiet time. Having the second shower a bonus as well. Modern and quaint with nice yard, fire pit and bar b q grill. Definitely will return."

"This house was spotless and there were added sweet little details (fan folding toilet paper and fan folding kitchen towels) in addition.The deck was private and overlooked the marsh- a perfect place to start and end each day!"
