"Views from the room were amazing. Excellent breakfast and very nice pool and spa facilities. Parking was a bit difficult to find when coming into town around 3pm (had to circle a couple times). Hotel is very close to the free natural pools!"

"Really nice hotel, with a good vibe to it, really well located. Staff mostly really nice and helpful. Had a issue with ants all over the bathroom, and while I understand it's hard to keep insects out the number of them seems like a issue that needs to be fixed... Reported it to reception and they arranged for a deep clean, but they still came back, needed some ant killer or repellent down. View from the balcony was great, but it was spoilt by the main room in from of the hotel (but that is nothing against the hotel)."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely and the location great. Lots of restaurants to choose from - but can be challenging to book a restaurant . If only there for a week you may not be able to visit each restaurant. We managed it through a lot of careful planning and accepting very late reservations."

"Ocean view with balcony , was disappointed there was almost no local fruits and foods . Rooms were very clean , nice bathrooms , but hallways you could see lots of dust and dirt . Pool area great well maintained clean ."

"When we checked in the room we were given had a broken door so we were moved to another room. The room we were changed to was not the same as what we paid for. We paid for a double sea view and had a corner view instead. We made the best of it. We enjoyed our stay and the nightly entertainment. The buffet had a different theme each night which was nice. The poor area was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The beach and ocean are right there with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are 2 onsite restaurants which are included with your stay. We only ate at one of them and the food was very good. The resort is very family friendly and has a lot of amenities geared to the children. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it."
