« Everything about this home was perfect for our group. We loved the large family room with a big table for playing games. The library, general store, and daytripper to Beausoleil Island (Georgian Bay Islands NP) are all a very short walk. There was also a park with play area and pickleball courts across the street!We had plenty of linens and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep and enjoy meals. »

« Poor communication and disappointing experienceUnfortunately, our experience with this booking was not positive. After reserving the property, we encountered an issue and tried to contact both the host and Vrbo right away. Communication from the host was unhelpful and we never received check-in or access instructions. In the end, we were unable to stay at the property and were disappointed by the lack of flexibility and support. »

« Overall stay was good. Beds were nice, they have one room with 1 queen, second room with 2 twin beds and one sofa bed in the TV room. Speaking of the TV, the photos might be showing there is one but that's just for decoration as per the host. Water is not drinkable, so need to arrange it ourselves. There was vomit behind toilet seat in powder room when we checked in. Rest of the cabin was clean. The door for backyard deck did not have working locks nor did it have working grill. »

« Host was welcoming. Parking was a challenge. And it wasn’t clear how to get to the actual lodging once we got there. It was dark and snowy and clearer instructions would have helped. For example: park and walk 300 yards across the property to reach the cabin. »

« The furniture wasn't comfortable at all and the one couch was ripped and the furniture and ladder is definitely not made for heavier people. Kids running around until 2am. My kettle caught on fire... which they replaced but no apologies. Also, i booked 3 nights and after 1 night i had to show my receipt that i was there for 3 nights. Overall everything was very clean but its not a place for me for what i paid. »

« The home was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, cozy and bright. The kitchen had all amenities we needed for the weekend including small appliances, ice and coffee. The self check-in process was super easy and the host was great at staying in touch with us. We didn't have children staying with us but the home is well outfitted for families with small children. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a cozy, quiet getaway. »
