Very nice hotel and staff was excellent. We booked a Jr Suite with river view, which was plenty large for France, however the road below is extremely busy and very loud. There is also very limited privacy in the bathroom. Shower is wide open and the toilet area has smoked glass providing limited privacy.

The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable (Thanks Andrew) and happy to share where to go and what to see in Lyon. Our room had all the creature comforts and a fabulous shower. We used the spa facilities daily and loved the sauna. Will be back.

Our first time visiting Lyon this was an excellent choice for lodging. Extremely friendly and professional service right from the check in, nice, spacious room with a view of the Rhône river, , separate toilet, shower and double sink, clean, eco-friendly toiletries, chic room decor. Breakfast was excellent, a large variety of dishes, fresh and delicious, good coffee and tea. A very good location, walking distance to a lot of places Lyon has to offer. Truly enjoyed staying at this property and highly recommend when visiting Lyon for all the excellent services they provide.

The hotel was very conveniently located and had a great river view. The rooms are large and there was a good selection of channels for the English speaking clientele. The only complaint I have is that the bed was so hard that I had to ask for an extra duvet to sleep on and it was still really hard even with that padding.
