Good hotel

everything was good except the first day in a room for wheelchair guests with no bath tub causing spilling of water in the whole WC. Next day the room was changed. Also metro station is almost 15-20 mins. walk from the hotel, but the hotel has nice view of the river, and clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.
these WC rooms must be only against request, and not as a surprise for regular visitors

Upon early arrival,I asked that my medication be put in the refrigerator. There wasn’t a refrigerator in my room. When I went to retrieve bags, medication was on top of my luggage not the refrigerator. It was left out for 3 hours. Another employee kindly assisted and it was smooth sailing from there. Checkout was a breeze. He even gave me a coffee and snack to go.

Very good stay at a good location

We really enjoyed our stay in crown plaza Lyon. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The lady at the reception who checked us in specifically was very helpful and helped us with all the information we needed with travelling around the area, food recommendations and anything else we needed. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well and the waiting staff in the restaurant area was very pleasant and friendly. Couldn’t complain about anything in the hotel, everything was very nice and clean.

The Crowne Plaza Lyon Parc de la Tête d'Or is comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Beautiful location next to the river and the park. Only drawback is the closest store to buy water, snacks or anything is about a 20 min walk. It would be nice if the hotel had a little shop that sold little items like that.
