"The photos do not do this property justice. Its a lovely large secluded house in the middle of sunflower fields. The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. More sun loungers and a parasol by the pool would have been great and we found the WiFi upstairs patchy. The house is lovely - the bedroom separated from the house is very hot and was a little dirty but that’s partly because of the bear stone. "Very comfortable and friendly family-run hotel, surprisingly quiet given its location. The rooms were clean and well equipped. It has an excellent restaurant, with mainly organic and / or locally sourced produce. It is well worth booking a table for delicious, well-presented food and a good selection of wines, beers and other drinks. Highly recommended."
