A wonderful hotel just a skip across to the beach with the pool situated at the front of the property for maximum sunshine!! Areas of the hotel were still ‘work in progress’ I.e fittings for the heated towel rail installed but no towel rail. Coving around the lift yet to be fixed and roof top bar getting ready for the season! This did not diminish our enjoyment of the hotel and the staff were attentive, polite, friendly and very service focused. From housekeeping to bar, beach bar to reception the service was fantastic. We will go again because of the service, food location and the beach!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Ksamil. Great location close to middle of town so all main beaches were walkable, Easy on site parking and driving right off main road so you don’t have to dodge walkers and drivers on congested tiny roads. Breakfast was great, pool was wonderful for a quick cooldown away from beach. Staff was amazing, incredibly helpfull, fully above and beyond- would absolutely stay again if I end up back in Ksamil.

Poor start at reception when my reservation could not be found for some minutes. This is the first time in using hotels.com app this has ever happened ever, so I believe it was the reception staff not hotels.com.
Also there was an attempt to charge us for coffees at breakfast - as breakfast includes coffee only from a machine placed nowhere near the buffet - which we should know as they never have to tell anybody. So after being accused of being disrespectful of staff and rude it spoilt an otherwise great stay.

The stuff was nice
BUT !!! 🚩🚩
The floor room was very dirty
When we check in.
No toilet seat for all the time we stay in hotel, which is 5 days
Closet the door didn’t close almost fell down.
The door for the room barely open because it’s touching the floor
And they didn’t change the sheets and the cover for the pillow for a couple days even when it was dirty.
And one day we didn’t have any water not in shower and not in the sink.
We talked to the management. They said they will take care of that but they didn’t.
Sad 😔
