近羅東火車站後站，大概步行5-10分鐘，要稍微找一下才能找到，店家會有人打電話並出來接應，房間乾淨舒適，住到靠窗房可以看到綠樹與聽到火車經過鐵路的聲音，是一種蠻特別的體驗，提供免費早餐（有煎蛋、蘿蔔糕、、熱狗、芹菜跟豆漿）；洗手台沒有肥皂或洗手乳，要拿洗澡的肥皂來用有一點小不方便（雖然這樣是比較環保）；有發現冰箱有剩下前一個客人留下的食物，希望業主能再仔細檢查一下，整體來說是cp值蠻不錯的選擇。
