"Excellent room with the minor exception of one of the room lights turning on by itself. Could have been a loose bulb or an entity from the Stanley Hotel going for a late night run. My wife barricaded the door putting our lives in danger in the event of a room evacuation. Sigh!"

"Clean room, great location. Only complaint was the hair dryer would trip the breaker every 20 seconds. The wife was less than amused. Otherwise a great location, close to town and the lake. Lots of activities on site for my son."

"Not fancy but updated and clean. We liked being able to walk to downtown Estes Park for morning coffee and dinners. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. Convenient parking included. One negative was that the restaurant and bar was closed the 3 days of the week that we were there."

"Unbeatable location. Groceries, take out, pharmacy at the bottom of the hill. The condo is in a corner plot with a safe fenced area to the side for the grands to play. Great view from balcony. The elk that came by were majestic. I would highly recommend this property and we are so glad we found it for our party of 7 (grands, parents, 7yrs, 5yrs and 20mths). We visited in August. We didn’t expect air con in the mountains. We also didn’t expect the pilot light in the gas fire to be on 24:7 and continuously convecting HEAT! Even though the fireplace is technically off the grills and glass front are hot to touch. We tried to counteract this as advised by opening doors and windows and running ceiling and portable fans but this could only be done when in the property. The condo gets HOT in the summer when closed up all day…of course the rest of the year this would be a blessing. A couple of requests would be for hangers, towels without bleach stains, a night stand on both sides of a non creaking bed, kitchen dishes that aren’t damaged or broken including the high chair. Instructions were clear and communication with owners was easy by email and phone calls."
