« Met persons from several areas of the country, and enjoyedt their company and stories as we all were attending family functions after traveling a distance. Our stay at the Blue Room was the ideal location with an at home atmosphere. Jeff, our host was the best, and helped with familiarizing us with the area with points of interest and made us feel comfortable. We truly enjoyed his home and will definitrely pass on our experience and recommendation to family and friends. »

« It served our needs. All who occupied the home were over 50. Only slept at rental and had quick breakfast. There was no chair in walk-in closet for older visitors like us. My favorite part was large kettle for tea etc.. »

« This property is clean, spacious and just as described. We appreciated the little extras like snacks, water in the fridge, kit for smores when using the fire pit. Sadly we didnt get time to use it! « Arrived in Denver called owner to find out details, Owner told me that he was going to contact me but didn't. Owner told me that instead of a 4 bedroom home to rent I will only get only 3. He let previous guest sign up for another month. To my horror who does that. My family would have to share a house with someone we didn't know. Owner said he can't ask the other guest to leave. I called VRBO and owner agreed to give me back my total rental fee and of course I had to rush and look for another...
