We have a California King bed and two queen size beds. The king and one queen size beds are Tempurpedic​​. The other queen bed is pillow top. All the amenities one needs. Just make sure to check closets, drawers and cabinets for any amenities you are looking for or call us to help you. Our home can sleep up to 6 individuals. We also have a beautiful back yard with a beautiful trees and flowers. Our home is located next to Funflex center where you and your family and friends can swim, workout, play tennis, racket ball, exercise classes and much more. We are super close to coffee shops and grocery stores. We are ​about 5-minute​ drive from Centerplace of Greeley shopping center. Where you will find a ​Target, Best Buy​, Hobby lobby, TJmax, Ross, Japanese restaurant, chick-fil-a, Fish Tacos, Good Times and so much more. Our home is super close to I-25 making it easy to get to Loveland, Carter Lake, ​Estates Park, Longmont, Boulder, Denver, the airport and Fort Collins. Lastly, we have a family of small birds that decided to make home on our front porch area where the cameras are located. We tried to help them get a new home but for some reason they kept returning. So we gave in. We clean after their poop but sometimes nature calls and we can’t be there all the time to clean it. If you are not comfortable with having this in a rental then please do not book our home. We are nature lover and will not be taking their home down again. Mid-sized home that had everything that you needed. The oversized comfy couch, coffee maker and laundry were why I chose to not stay in a hotel. These amenities were perfect and exactly what I needed. No shoes rule made me trust that the carpets were clean. Beds were comfortable. Camera at front door does look toward the door and visible while on the couch so I wondered if I could be seen at night. I like knowing those things as a a traveling female. There was also a death in my family, so the cousins who were going to share the house with me had to cancel & I ended up in the house by myself for part of the time. The strict no shoe policy was a little overboard with how many times it was stated. Unsure why we had to pay cleaning fee when we had to strip the beds, take out the trash, start the laundry, start the dish washer. Felt like if we touched anything we would get in trouble. Jun 2, 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location #### Would not recommend Upon arrival we first noticed : Lawn was only lawn in neighborhood not mowed - 18’ high. Garbage can full with a rock on top on street - only can out in neighborhood. Swallow nest and huge pile of droppings in the middle of covered entrance at front door - nasty! Maybe that is why the adamance about shoes being taken off outside the house and a CAMERA aimed at the front door to ensure compliance??? No soap in shower or on counter in bath??? House itself was nice ….. Expected something different for the amount of money that we paid. ##### Linda C. My family of 5 adults stayed for 2 nights for a family reunion in Loveland. The check in process was made extremely easy for us non-techy adults. Well equipped with everything needed from home and many little "extras" left were our convenience, was very thoughtful! A massive King Soopers shopping store had anything/ everything, and nearby. Largest King Soopers I have ever seen! This home is very well updated with some really cool pieces such as tall lamps that were so unique and neat. A beautiful and Very comfortable couch and Chaise Lounge that I could have easily slept on and been comfortable and is right in front of an enormous l LARGE screen television.. All bedding and furniture were very comfortable. The only thing that I would modify are the number of controllers for the TV. 5 Controllers for a television is just about 4 too many for a group of non-techy older adults. Easy Fix.
