"The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The housekeeping is a bit iffy. My room was not 100% clean. There were left over crumbs on the table. One of the cabinets was sticky. The comforters had a few stains. I asked for clean full bedding so I could change it myself. They only provided four extra sheets. Tried to ask a house keeping lady for a towel with some cleaner on it so I could clean the room myself. She couldn't speak English to help. Had to point and grab the cleaning materials myself. The hotel had a weird smell. I saw one roach in the room. We did enjoy ourselves at the 24 hr indoor pool. The ac unit in our room was very loud so I barely got rest. The breakfast was good. Wish they had bacon as a protein though."

"We were very disappointed in the fact that the add on Expedia boasted a complementary breakfast, but even though they had the facilities they DON’T SERVE BREAKFAST! This was a deal breaker and we will not be returning even though we come here regularly. The pool was clean, accessible, and well appointed."

"We had to be moved due to a dead bug under the covers. The new room had broken tiles in the bathroom. Beds were in bad shape."

"Light bulb not working in the bathroom over the mirror area. Clock was flashing and not set. Large walk-in bath area had no light at all. Looks like maybe it had one at one time but was removed and just a blank wall plate covering the switch area. Coffee pot was supplied but only one decaf coffee packet and on caffeinated packet supplied. Had to make a choice in who got what since there were two people. They did have a good breakfast service."

"Everything was great, the only thing to be aware of is the extra $100 fee they hold on your card in case of an accident. It does get refunded if nothing happens, it would just be nice to know ahead of time that an extra $100 will be taken from your account for a few days. Other than that, the rooms are nice, the a/c does a wonderful job and the full size fridge is very convenient!"
