I had never before encountered a receptionist who was not physically present. She had to tell me to turn around and look at the screen. The room was clean, but the air conditioner/fan didn’t work. The weather was very hot, and so this was not good.

The room was clean, didn’t have cups, the soap bar, had only 2, the towels only,2, everything was ok, staff was ok, the parking was$5, should be free, air conditioning was good, overall was quiet, will stay there again, the outside has some type of charm

Woke up to a small cockroach crawling on my bed in Room 101, which drops my rating from 3 stars to 2. The hotel lacks basic amenities. I wish there is hairdryer or a desk/table for a laptop. The room features 1980s-style vintage furniture, worn carpets, and two flat cushions old chairs. On the positive side, it was quiet, the shower was nice, and the air conditioner worked well (I didn't try the pool). Key details: check-in with a kiosk that issued a key is before 11 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. A small fridge in the room was a nice touch. For the low price, I would consider coming back if it weren't for the bug issue. ​Tip: Check out "My Taco" nearby for amazing brisket tacos, though limited parking at front soil didn't park in it.

The outside of this place is quite clean and well kept. The pool area is nice. The rooms, however, are incredible sparse and worn down. There were so many roaches in my room that I ended up leaving at 1am and staying elsewhere.

room was very clean . i like the fact that the ref was super cold and not standard temp. parking is very convenient and easy access to everything (good coffee, food and gas) the staff also greeted us with a smile / warming. will definitely use it again on our next vacation

The room looked as though it had been lived in. The price definitely made it harder to accept. The pool was clean but the room had a very strange smell to it. I used the bed and it felt as though something was crawling all over me. I did eventually get back in bed and forced myself to sleep after a patron calmed me with their social presence. The ice machine was broken as well. The bathtub did not have a working plug either. The sink was clogged. The window for the bathroom faced out to the back parking lot which made it more unsafe, including a missing screen on the front window near the check-in office. The ac worked. There was a fake plant there that looked real but needed cleaning. There was a locked door that was also confusing. One of the plugs did not work. The fridge was empty but useful.

The location and price are great. It is outdated, which is fine, but dirty. There is no staff available onsite. They use a video receptionist. The video receptionist was not helpful when we needed towels (not enough placed in the room before the stay) and the audio didn’t work. We needed to use the telephone. Will not stay there again.
