The carpet had a couple stains. Furniture had been removed, so there wasn't much. No glasses or cups in the room, no paper plates provided with room service. Room service was fast though. Shower was ok - good pressure, but no door so it flooded the whole bathroom. No shower products provided. The $30 per night for parking was a surprise - and pretty excessive if you consider that the lot was about 1/3 full, and no valet service or luggage carts provided. Thin walls could the neighbors talking and TVs shows. NO air conditioning!!! There aren’t any electrical outlets next to the bed (to charge a phone/etc). I had to buy a fan on Amazon to get air in our room. The entire 3rd floor hallways smell like mildew. The "24/7 kitfchen" that was bragged about at check in was closed 3 times late at night when we wanted to order. We were also told on the way in to our room by the front desk attendant at 3am "I don't want to hear about a noise complaint" before we event got into the elevator. I felt very judged and disappointed at the level of service. I was told we would be receiving a partial refund for the trouble and we did not see it.
